Through the generous assistance from Naperville’s finest business leaders, associations and residents, Naperville Responds is helping to rebuild a community devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
100% of all proceeds from fundraising efforts will be applied towards rebuilding the Pass Christian Community in Mississippi. We intend to raise funds to not only rebuild homes but to rebuild lives and the community they once enjoyed.
The mission of Naperville Responds is to build relationships, build homes and partner with citizens of Pass Christian, Mississippi to help rebuild their community.
The vision of Naperville Responds is to construct, as a minimum, 20 homes to replace some of those lost by Hurricane Katrina. As a "Partner City", we will establish direct contact with citizens and community leaders of Pass Christian, Mississippi. We will assist them on a continuing basis with both financial and professional support.
Both cities will enter into this "Partner City" relationship with a common goal of improving the quality of life of its citizens. By mutual understanding, interaction, and cooperation, both communities will benefit. All communication, activities and exchanges will be targeted to foster this relationship.
