Get in touch with Naperville Responds For Veterans
Out of respect and appreciation for all Veterans – and especially those who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam – Naperville Responds has suspended its annual Strength and Honor Luncheon scheduled for Wednesday, April 22 due to public health concerns rising from the Coronavirus. Governor Pritzker has requested all gatherings exceeding 250 persons be suspended until May 1. Stay calm, safe, wash your hands and take precautions as needed.
God Bless America.
NAPERVILLE RESPONDS FOR VETERANS (NRFV) assists Veterans and their families in need, especially those with low and moderate income, by raising donations of money, building materials, and professional labor, and coordinating the process of repairing, building, and donating homes. Naperville Responds for Our Veterans is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that provides services to Veterans in need and those in crisis.
Those in Need
If you know Veterans that need help with their homes in the greater Naperville area, please let us know. Use our website to help yourself, as a veteran, or to help others. From Joliet to Aurora and surrounding Chicago suburbs, we offer help for Veterans as a community service. If you would like to apply for assistance, you can go to our Apply for Assistance page and fill out the web form or print out a PDF.
If you have materials, fixtures and appliances from a recent home renovation, it is best to donate them to Habitat for Humanity's ReStore. NRFV does not have the ability to pickup or store items.
